Terms of Service
These terms apply when you book a service with Joe Mobile Clean Ltd (trading as JMC Valeters). By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email after payment
- Payment is taken in full upfront via Stripe at the time of booking
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Prices include all materials, labour and travel within Greater London
- Vehicle size is determined by us — extra-large vehicles (vans, large SUVs) may incur a higher charge if booked at the wrong tier
Arrival & Service
- We provide a 45-minute arrival window via WhatsApp on the day
- You don't need to be present, but we need access to the vehicle
- We bring all water, power, products and equipment — nothing is required from you
- Service times are approximate; we will not rush a job
Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before: Free cancellation, full refund
- Within 24 hours: 50% charge applies to cover preparation
- No-show or no access on arrival: Full charge applies

Weather Policy
We work in light rain — most services are unaffected. In heavy rain, snow or extreme conditions, we will reschedule your appointment free of charge to a suitable day. Interior-only services are not affected by weather.
Service Guarantee
If you're not happy with the result, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it free of charge. This applies to the specific issues raised — not to general re-cleaning beyond reasonable scope.
Limitations & Liability
- We hold full public liability insurance up to £2 million
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, paint defects or wear
- We will photograph any pre-existing damage we notice before starting
- Some stains, marks or damage may not be removable — we'll let you know in advance where possible
- We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle; please remove valuables
Vehicle Access & Safety
- You agree we have permission to be at the location and to access the vehicle
- Hand over keys at your discretion — we never need them for exterior services
- If we cannot safely or legally perform the service (e.g. parking restrictions, unsafe location), we may need to reschedule
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version always applies and is available at jmc.club/terms.html.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
