The rules and agreements that apply when you book a service with JMC Valeters.

JMC Valeters is a trading name of Joe Mobile Clean Ltd (Company No. 13447851), registered in England and Wales. We offer mobile car valeting and detailing services across Greater London.
When you book through our website, by phone or by WhatsApp, you enter into a contract with Joe Mobile Clean Ltd. The booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email or message.
Prices are fixed at the time of booking. We won't add charges after the work has started unless we encounter something that genuinely needs more work, in which case we'll WhatsApp you for approval before continuing.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is due on the day of service or in advance via Setmore. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Cash is fine but please tell us in advance.
If a payment fails or bounces, we'll WhatsApp you to resolve it. Repeated failed payments may result in service suspension.
Cancel free up to 12 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the booking value to cover the held slot.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or worker illness. We'll offer the earliest re-booking slot and a full refund or credit.
If you're not happy with the result of your clean, message us within 48 hours and we'll come back free of charge to put it right. We don't refund services we've completed — but we will always re-do work that didn't meet standard.
The guarantee covers our standard of work. It doesn't cover damage that existed before we started, pre-existing scratches/dents, paint damage from past neglect, or stains we told you on arrival might not lift.
We have £2 million public liability insurance covering every job. If we damage your vehicle, we'll repair it at our cost via our insurance.

You must ensure the vehicle is legally parked and accessible for the duration of the service. Parking fines incurred while we're working are not our responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if the vehicle is unsafe, contains hazardous material (biological waste, drugs, weapons), or if the customer is abusive to our staff. In these cases the full booking fee is still payable.
We may take photos and videos of cars we clean for use on our website and social media. We never share customer personal information alongside these. If you don't want your car photographed, tell the detailer on arrival.
We serve all of Greater London. Areas outside the M25 may incur a travel surcharge — quoted in advance via WhatsApp before booking.
