JMC Valeters is a mobile car valeting and detailing service operating across Greater London. We bring everything we need — water, power, cleaning kit, premium products — to wherever your car is parked. Driveway, mews, residential street, underground car park, hotel forecourt, office basement. If we can reach the car, we can clean it.
We offer five core services: Mini Valet (£60+), Wash & Protect (£85+), Full Valet (£150+), Paint Correction (£350+), and specialist services like mould removal, interior deep-cleaning, and ceramic coating. Every job is done by one of four trained detailers — never sub-contracted, never rushed.
Joe started JMC in 2021 after spending years working in car detailing studios across London. The frustration was the same one most customers have: the only options for getting a car cleaned were the high-street hand car wash (cheap but damages paint over time), the local dealer service (expensive and you have to drop the car off), or doing it yourself (time you don't have on a Saturday). Nothing existed between those three.
The JMC pitch was simple: bring proper detailing-studio standards directly to the customer's driveway. Charge fairly for it — not hand-wash cheap, not dealer-service expensive — and never compromise on the kit, products, or time spent on each job.
Five years later, we've cleaned over 4,500 cars across London. The business has grown from Joe solo to a four-person team. We've never had a complaint serious enough to involve our insurance. Our Google rating has held at 4.8 stars over 322 reviews. The model works.
Our vans are fully self-contained: 200-litre water tanks, generator power, hot water on demand, pressure washer, snow foam cannon, vacuum, steam extractor, polisher, full chemicals kit. We don't need a hose, a socket, or a tap from you. We work on the public road, in mews, in private driveways, in underground car parks, in basement spaces. The most common request we get is "but where will you get the water from" — the answer is, from our van, never from you.
Every van carries identical kit. Same Karcher pressure washer, same Bilt-Hamber iron remover, same Auto Finesse and Gtechniq products. Every detailer follows the same checklist. The difference between us and a one-person operation is consistency — you get the same standard whether Joe shows up or Francis does. That's why customers leave reviews mentioning us by name. The standard doesn't vary by who turns up.
We have a £60 minimum across the entire service catalogue. We don't do £30 quick washes because we can't do that price properly without cutting corners on water, products, time, or wages. Our prices are fixed at the time of booking — you pay the price you saw, never a "surprise" upsell on the day. If we encounter something that genuinely needs more work, we WhatsApp you before continuing, never after.
Saturday and Sunday slots are the same price as weekday slots. We don't charge weekend premiums. We do charge a small surcharge for jobs outside the M25, and that's declared upfront.
Every job covered. Certificate available on request. We've never had to claim — but if we ever damaged your car, we'd repair it through insurance, not negotiate with you. Most one-person operations don't carry insurance, or carry minimum-policy cover that wouldn't pay out on a serious claim. Worth asking before you book with anyone.
