When you book through our website, we collect:

- The address where you'd like the service performed
- Vehicle details (make, model, size)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)
When you visit our website, we may also collect anonymous information about how you use the site through Google Analytics (page views, time on site, device type).
How we use your data
- Service delivery: To confirm bookings, contact you about your appointment, and provide the service
- Communication: To send booking confirmations and arrival windows via WhatsApp, SMS or email
- Improvement: Anonymous analytics to understand how people use our site and improve it
- Legal: To meet our legal obligations (tax records, insurance documentation)
Who we share data with
We never sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Setmore — our booking system provider (data processor)
- Stripe — payment processor
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage data only
- WhatsApp / Twilio — for sending booking confirmations
How long we keep data
Booking and customer data is kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing preferences are kept until you ask us to delete them. Anonymous analytics data is retained for 26 months by Google.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Object to direct marketing
