What information we collect

When you book a service through our website or by phone, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The service address (where the car will be cleaned)
• Your vehicle details (make, model, size)
• Payment information processed by Stripe or our card processor — we never store full card numbers

When you visit our website, we automatically collect:

• Standard analytics data (pages visited, time on site, device type) via Google Analytics
• Behaviour data (heatmaps, scroll depth) via Microsoft Clarity — only if you accept cookies
• Ad attribution data via Google Ads and Meta Pixel — only if you accept cookies

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Deliver the cleaning service you booked
• Communicate with you about appointments, changes, and aftercare
• Process payment
• Improve our website and marketing (if you've consented to analytics cookies)
• Respond to enquiries you send us

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Each has their own privacy policy. By using our service you accept that we share necessary data with them to deliver your booking.

How long we keep your data

We keep booking and customer records for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes. Marketing data we keep until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it if it's wrong
• Ask us to delete it (we'll honour this except where we're required to keep records for legal reasons)
• Object to direct marketing
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

Security

We use industry-standard SSL encryption on our website and require all third-party services we use to do the same. We've never had a data breach. If we ever did, we'd notify you and the ICO within 72 hours as required by law.
