Why a four-person team works

Most mobile valeting businesses are one person plus a van. Reliable when they're there, problematic when they're sick, on holiday, or fully booked. Customers wait two weeks for a slot. Cancellations are common. Quality varies day to day based on tiredness.

The four-person model means: same-day slots almost always available, no holiday gaps, consistent quality because the same person isn't cleaning 8 cars a day, and a sustainable workload that keeps the standard high.

Each detailer is trained on the full service catalogue. None of us is a specialist who only does one thing — we all do Mini, Wash & Protect, Full Valet. Joe handles most paint correction and ceramic coating personally because those require the most experience, but everyone on the team can do them.

Same kit, same checklist, same standard

Every van carries identical equipment. Every job follows the same checklist. The difference between us and a one-person operation is consistency.

• Auto Finesse, Bilt-Hamber, Koch-Chemie, Gtechniq, Gyeon products
• Rupes and Flex dual-action polishers for correction work
• Steam extractors for interior shampooing
• HEPA vacuums
• Microfibre — fresh per car, never reused dirty

That last one matters. Most damage to paint from car washes (the swirl marks you see on dark cars at night) comes from dirty mitts and sponges being reused across cars. We use fresh microfibre per car, every time.
