Yes — in the vast majority of cases. We use professional anti-fungal products that kill spores, not just hide them. We always inspect first to assess the severity. If the mould has penetrated deep into foam or backing, we'll tell you straight — it may need specialist intervention beyond a clean.
Vomit, urine, milk and other biological smells absolutely come out — but it requires aggressive extraction and the right enzyme-based products to break down the proteins, not just mask the smell. Air fresheners don't fix this; proper extraction does.

Most of the smell is gone immediately. Sometimes a faint trace remains for 24–48 hours as residual moisture evaporates. We always crack the windows when finished and recommend leaving them open while parked safely.
Only if the original cause isn't fixed. If you had a leak, water ingress, or a wet item left in the car — fix that, and it won't return. Our treatment kills the existing mould and spores, but new moisture can grow new mould.
